Chapter 1 General Rules
Article 1 (Purpose) In accordance with Article 32 of the Civil Act and the rules on the establishment and supervision of non-profit corporations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, this corporation aims to build a broad understanding and cooperative relationship with countries around the world. It strives to form a close relationship between Korea's civic movement organizations, university society, corporations and the public sector, and aims to spread various social, cultural, and academic research and exchanges with people around the world, support education for people from local and abroad, and expand a donation culture.
Article 2 (Name) This corporate is named as "World Educational & Culture Aid Corp.".

Article 4 (Business) This corporate conducts the following businesses in order to achieve the purpose of Article 1.

04 Supporting domestic and foreign · groups and exchange·cooperation with organizations

05 Supporting education of domestic and foreign citizens and spreading donation culture

Through the educational exchange of global rich and poor countries, we aim to create harmonious community that is full of possibility and hope by supporting human resource cultivation and will of independence around the world.

Most of school classes probably had this sentence attached in the 1960s in Korea.
About 100 years ago, the illiteracy rate of those who did not know Hangeul in Korea was over 95%, and there were many situations where people were not treated. well due to their ignorance. The government had brought an education wave nationwide for all citizens to learn knowledge. The result of this education wave explains the current status of this era. Korea has become a leader of electronic industry and entered the top 10 world economic superpower. Also, the status of Korea has become as an economic superpower through education and culture. WECA strives to continue the mission of Dr. Oh Jaesik, the gentleman of education, culture, and welfare, who has worked for those who struggle in a harsh environment like in the 1960s.
WECA will always be together anywhere for the future of everyone living in a harsh educational and cultural environment all around the world. We sincerely thank you for your support.
