Articles of Association of WECA
Chapter 1
General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
In accordance with Article 32 of the Civil Act and the Rules on the Establishment and Supervision of Non-Profit Corporations under the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, this corporation aims to foster close cooperation among Korean civic organizations, academic institutions, businesses, and the public sector to build broad understanding and cooperative relationships with nations worldwide. Its purpose is to engage in diverse social, cultural, and academic research and exchanges with people around the world, provide educational support to citizens domestically and internationally, and promote a culture of philanthropy.
Article 2 (Name)
This corporation shall be called "World Educational & Culture Aid (WECA)".
Article 3 (Location of Office)
The office of this corporation shall be located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
Article 4 (Projects)
To achieve the purpose of Article 1, this corporation shall conduct the following projects:
- 01 Research and development of programs on global society, culture, and languages
- 02 Hosting of academic seminars and forums
- 03 Data organization and system building, and publication of bulletins and publications
- 04 Support for related domestic and international organizations and cooperation with institutions
- 05 Educational support for citizens domestically and internationally and promotion of philanthropic culture
WECA operates with

Through transparent and fair financial disclosure, we properly use donations where they are needed most and announce the annual usage of donations through bulletins and our website.
WECA's activities are powered by all members of society, including individuals, organizations, and businesses, and through this, we will create a beautiful society where everyone receives education.
