In accordance with Article 32 of the Civil Act and the Rules on the Establishment and Supervision of Non-Profit Corporations under the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, this corporation aims to foster close cooperation among Korean civic organizations, academic institutions, businesses, and the public sector to build broad understanding and cooperative relationships with nations worldwide. Its purpose is to engage in diverse social, cultural, and academic research and exchanges with people around the world, provide educational support to citizens domestically and internationally, and promote a culture of philanthropy.
This corporation shall be called "World Educational & Culture Aid (WECA)".
The office of this corporation shall be located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
To achieve the purpose of Article 1, this corporation shall conduct the following projects:
